Classic Manion missing upgrade pieces.

Please help, I recently upgraded the Classic Mansion to level 3. After leveling up the Mansion my game crashed, I reloaded the game, after getting back into the game my Mansion was on Level 3 but I can't find any of the mansion components that come with the new level. I assumed they would be in the inventory just like the level 2 components were, but there not there.
