Why are my Sims' base body templates changing? [ Edited ]

I've recently experienced this bug and for me the issue was (outdated) default replacement feet, in my case "[senni]override_highres_feet-3-1", so if this happens to you and you use default replacement feet try taking them out of your mod folder!
