[W] Toe-nails: Tag for masculine sims missing (Incl Werewolf Toe-Nails)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, All Game Pack (except STJTB) All Stuff Packs (except LPSP, SSP) All Kits (except MMK, FSK)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a Male sim - Accesories (body)
What happens when the bug occurs? When Masculine filter is applied no nails appear whereas previously they did.
What do you expect to see? The nails tagged correctly
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

This was fixed for finger nails so it needs to be fixed for toe nails
