What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open a purchase menu. I've seen this on the "Purchase Gifts" option on the phone and when using the PC to "Order Upgrade Parts."
What happens when the bug occurs? The purchase menu appears blank.
What do you expect to see? The list of items available for purchase.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Edit 7 Nov 21: This issue seems to be for any pop up purchase menu. Everything from Plopsy, the Fizzer, to cooking and computer and phone purchase screens will come up blank.

@JohnEoinLdn You have to restart the game. I am unsure what triggers it to happen.
