Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had two sims in my household, Sim A was a newly werewolf occult sim which I played through the first transformation with. Sim B in the household was basic human sim. I performed the action on Sim B to make them a werewolf and then continued to play with Sim A while visiting a community lot. Sim B was not in my control as they were at the residential lot. By the time Sim A came home Sim B had potentially gone through the first transition although it is behaving as if they had not transformed at all yet. Which resulted in in an in infinite rampage mode and Sim B would not transform into a werewolf at all. Later used Sim A to initiate a battle with Sim B and this forced Sim B to transform into a werewolf. But it still doesn't recognize that Sim B has transformed yet at all. Now stuck in infinitely as a werewolf and in rampage mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Infinite rampage mode, infinite werewolf. Limited control over sim cannot change between werewolf and human forms.
What do you expect to see? Rampage mode should go away eventually. Sim should not be stuck infinitely in occult form.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hi everyone! I am now having a bug issue where my sims keep getting stuck in in fury mode and constantly enraged. Specifically when I switch to other households and come back. It shows that I can do most things as if they aren't enraged but one weird one is the teens can't go to school and keep running off. I have no mods enabled or anything. Not sure what else to do.

@ThePlumpSimmer Same here. I kept doing werewolf stuff for some time and it triggered the real fury mode, so the moodlet disappeared after a while.

This is happening to me also my sims is stuck in werewolf form my fury is full and the transform ability has disappeared from the menu

I had something similar happen and was able to fix it. One of my Apex sims did Lunar Howl to change his temperaments, then seemed to get stuck in infinite rampage and unable to transform back. First, with cheats enabled, I was able to fix the infinite rage by Shift+clicking and selecting "Cheat Need>Make Happy", which evidently resets both all needs to 100% AND Fury to 0 with werewolves. That took him out of rampage mode. But he was still stuck unable to shift back. I found that with cas.fulleditmode on, if I forced him into CAS edit using the Shift+click cheat menu, then when I closed out of CAS he was still in his beast form, but the "Return To Normal" option had reappeared and I was able to have him shift back to human.

I hope this is replicable and helpful for anyone else having this issue! Hopefully it's just an early post-release bug that gets fixed soon.

@katamh Oh, I should have noted that he got stuck in infinite rampage *after* I had him regain control, and based on the animation it looked like it was working but instead that was when the infinite rampage glitch kicked in. Weirdly, for me, it wasn't actually impacting his mood -- the rampage moodlet went away -- but he still had the full rampage rage effect going + running on all fours + Fury bubble showing as stuck at 100%. That was what Cheat Need>Make Happy fixed, it wasn't the full rampage condition.

I have sort of the same issue but i added Rory to one of my familes by shift clicking. (i did that because i was working on something) I see she has transformation mastery but i cant change her back, i tries going to change sim to do it but she’s stuck in sort of a permafury??.

Bitten npc's are stuck in rampage with their  human form.  It happens with every npc my werewolves have bitten without consent I even tested this by starting a new save without any mods, and had my werewolves bite some npc sims. I got the same result.
