What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions: All Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Spa Day, Strangerville Stuff Packs: My First Pet, Perfect Patio, Moschino, Tiny House
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a holiday with the open presents tradition or father winter tradition. Have the Sim check for presents.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim receives the Robot Vacuum Dock as a gift but vacuum part is missing. The robot vacuum is useless.
What do you expect to see? The entire robot vacuum to be gifted to the Sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@canelacaliente I've had this same issue since first getting seasons. I just end up selling them because the dock is useless by itself and the roomba can't be bought on it's own.

I literally just had this happen so this is still very much an issue. My game is fully updated.
