[OPEN] Missing texture and other flaws in Newcrest (Bridgeview) [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in Newcrest in the Neighborhood with the monkey bars by it. There will be a black strip covering part of the road. When I go into tab mode, I can see it covering the actual road.
What happens when the bug occurs? There's a black strip covering each side of the road.
What do you expect to see? To see to road, without something covering it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I see this in my game as well @SproutLee; looks like a missing texture.  Will add to our list.  For devs; this is the topmost neighborhood in Newcrest.

What happens when the bug occurs? Visual issues: missing textures, resized objects and trees out of original place
What do you expect to see? it needs to be fixed otherwise it looks really low quality
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@renato007rigin This is one of the reasons I try not to use Newcrest. This is my favorite neighbourhood but because of these messed up textures, it's simply unusable. Hope this gets fixed.

This missing textures are still in game... Why still not fixed EA? :/

Here are a few more things I'd like to add. 

I noticed that some terrain is covering an area it shouldn't 

Also during the spring time the flowers that bloom are off-centered in this area
