[OPEN] Likes/Dislikes show horizontal instead of vertical [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure because nobody else seems to have the problem LOL. Give a Sim a Like and a Dislike in the same category.
What happens when the bug occurs? It goes all sideways
What do you expect to see? It go in the tiny box
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch that gave the likes/dislikes

If there are only likes or dislikes in the category, they stay as they should. It's only when having both that it goes wonky. Still happens if only one category has things chosen.

I have tested every Display Type and Resolution, and as many of the Accessibility UI scaling settings as I could reasonably do - it stays the same.

My screen is an MSI MAG272C, it's a 2560x1440 monitor, 27 inch, curved screen. More information about it can be found here: MSI Website

Could you try a factory reset just to be sure it's no a mod still being active

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

I'm also having this issue on my sims randomly. I tried repairing my game and a folder refresh and the visual bug stayed the same.

Hello! Just confirming that with a fresh folder and a game repair, the issue persists.

Me again, more information - looks like it's certain combinations that make the visual bug.

I don't have the time or the will to test every combination ever, but I did get a number of example

These combinations above cause the bug.

These ones don't bug out.

I'm noticing as I type this that it seems to not bug out if you have at least 2 likes or dislikes in the category. Did a few quick tests and this does seem to be the case, that the bug only happens with 1 like and 1 dislike in the category.
