Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.2020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Tiny Living, Snowy Escape, Seasons, Romantic Garden, Paranormal, Outdoor Retreat, My First Pet, Luxury Party, Laundry Day, Jungle Adventure, Island Living, High School Years, Greenhouse Haven kit, Fashion street kit, Everyday clutter kit, Eco lifestyle, For Rent, Dream Home decorator, Discover university, desert luxe, city living, cats and dogs, book nook kit, blooming rooms kit,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move a household out of the house via the phone and select "keep furniture"
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to move them out from this house, keep furniture, and move into an unfurnished apartment in San Myshuno. As you can see you on the photos, I have enough money and should have $19k left over in addition to all my household furniture. When I arrive at the new apartment however, I have only $481 and nothing in my household inventory except items that were previously there.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to move and keep my furniture and keep the same amount of remaining funds as it said it would
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have a family that is living in a residential in Tomarang, 1 Tam Nang Sands. This house appears to have been buggy the whole time: it was showing up as only costing $10k to buy when the previous family died off and I could buy it. I moved out of a different residential unit (the green moldy townhouse in downtown Tomarang) and into this lot, and about half of my household inventory came with us that time if I remember correctly. Now when I try to move out everything vanishes and the remaining funds are drastically incorrect. I don't see a way around this without cheating my funds and re-purchasing everything, but that still won't make up for the personal items I want to keep!

Update to add: if I move everything into my houeshold inventory manually before I move then it seems to keep it. Still only showing up at the new house with $481 though, instead of $19k+
It also seems to be happening in any other lot. I was moving to an empty lot in Oasis Springs and I should have had $31k, but when I loaded in there was only $12k remaining.

@crinrict I started a new save file with the same family (just saved them to my gallery then pulled them back down into this new file). I'll see if it happens again after I've got a furnished house and update you. We're not on the same lot as before- started in Oasis Springs this time, I think I'll stay far away from Tomarang just in case!

Hi, I've had this problem 2 times in 2 different saves. My most recent one was moving from Mt.Komorebi to San Sequoia (I've had around 23k and selected the "Keep Furniture" option). When arriving on the new lot in San Sequoia there were no items in my household inventory and I've had around 15k now (the lot was around 2.5k). The first time it happened I was moving from Evergreen Harbour (apartment) to Windenburg.

@crinrict I do have mods (MCCC and UI Cheats), but I did updated them for the latest patch. I do have 2 lastException files from yesterday, there looks to be 2 different errors:
- Exception in Sim Timeline: Exception running Element (RuntimeError: Posture Exit(posture_CarryNothing:599) called multiple times without a paired entry or never called (PrimitiveCreated: True)
- Exception raised while processing creating npc households
Do you want me to send you these 2 files?
Note: This is not happening every time the sims move, it happened 2 times at random in 2 different saves. I did try today to move my sim in different lots/houses and inventory was there.

Updating to add that it happened again on a completely different save (this one was particularly upsetting). I was moving out of the Duplantier Dwelling and into the empty Pancakes house - keep furniture, unfurnished house, should have had $7000 and change leftover... once I arrived at the new house I had nothing in my household inventory and my household funds were somehow in the negative?!?! REALLY hope this gets fixed soon because I hate not being able to move :'(
