[OPEN] Infant keeps producing tears [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EP: All of them. GP: All of them minus Journey to Baatu. SP: All of them minus My First Pet Stuff. Kits: Everyday Clutter; Pastel Pop; Desert Luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is simply happening by her existing.
What happens when the bug occurs? My infant sim consistently has tears, even when she is in a happy mood (no sad moodlets) and she is smiling and giggling. Even when she is just sitting still, the tears are constantly there.
What do you expect to see? Infants shouldn't be producing tears if they aren't sad and crying.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

My infant sim will not stop producing tears. She has gone to sleep and woken up and is constantly producing tears. She will be sitting in the high chair, on the floor, or in the back carrier, and she will be producing tears. She has no sad moodlets active and her active emotion is happy. The model is smiling and clearly in a good mood, but tears keep happening.

I had this happen one time and debugged her.  It fixed the situation and I haven't had it happen again.  Not sure if it'll happen again yet.

I posted this issue the other day. I couldn't recreate it again but then the moodlet I had at the time hasn't shown up again.

I'm a bit confused. Do they cry although happy like @33Rapture thread here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Infants-crying-when-happy/m-p/12389568 or are tears there although they look happy and it's just a glitch of them not disappearing ?

I think I'm having this issue. She has tears, all happy moodlets, and is not making crying-like sounds. It looks like a visual glitch on my end. If I reset her, the tears stop. But once she starts crying again, I'll solve everything need wise, and the tears don't disappear.

It was a glitch.  When the infants cry, the tears rain from their eyes, and then in the glitch, they continue even after no matter what they're doing.  They don't just have tears in their eyes, but are appearing to be crying still (the tears are still "raining" out of their eyes).  (Not sure how to explain the action of the tears other than raining).  I don't have a picture of it because I debugged her and they stopped. On the glitch level, it's pretty mundane and easily fixable.  I haven't had it repeat since.

If I understand OP correctly their issue was more the same as @thefailedbeta
