How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game Packs and Stuff Packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the CAS and select this top.
What happens when the bug occurs? The color also colors part of the skin.
What do you expect to see? That the color does not discolour with the skin.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The top is from the new expansion High School Years.
Out of 12 swatches, 11 are faulty. I just added two examples.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open CAS and chose punk sleeveless (any swatch except last one have this problem) from High School Years
What happens when the bug occurs? Texture is visible on skin and it shoudn't be there
What do you expect to see? I don't want to see this solid color on skin

I've noticed that all swatches except one have texture visible on the body and I don't think it should be there. First swatch looks like it should and two others (in this case yellow and red swatch but others have this problem too) have solid color on skin on the chest

I too have seen this, when you go into the texture file in sims 4 studio you see there's some weird bold untextured color in there in all the swatches but it is not on the black swatch, so I went in and used the black swatch as the blueprint for the others and have temporarily fixed this one. *snip* - Is a temporary fix for this issue. until the devs can fix it and then I will take down my file.
If the devs wish to apply it, they certainly could use this file to do that and fix it permanently. Below you can see the issue pointed out in the first image (2022 image), the second file (image number one) is a texture from one of the other swatches to allow folks to compare that to the black swatch (image number 12). When you look at the two texture side by side, it's apparent where something is off.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? CAS - Tops (masculine) - locate "ymTop_EP12ShirtPunkSleeveless"
What happens when the bug occurs? All swatches on "ymTop_EP12ShirtPunkSleeveless" except the 12th (black with a cowplant skull on the back) have texture that "bleed" onto the sim's chest and throat.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to not get partially painted by their clothing.

The bug has been present since High School Years was shipped.
