Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Version 1.79.25
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own all Sims 4 products, expansions, game packs, stuff packs, and kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a perfect garden while having the Rancher personality trait
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time my sim harvests from my perfect garden, an embarrassed moodlet pops up for "Bad Ranch Product". But all the harvestable items are of perfect quality.
What do you expect to see? Would like to not get the embarrassed moodlet - Not sure the new pack has a positive moodlet for good/excellent quality products from being a rancher.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The embarrassed "bad ranch product" moodlet as it's currently designed doesn't make much sense to me. I would maybe understand if it happened when the plant is at Normal or Nice quality, but I don't think it should apply to plants that have reached Excellent or higher quality. Most of the plants in my sim's gardens are now at Magnificent quality, yet she still gets this moodlet when she harvests. Is it possible for this trait to be tweaked a little to make more sense?

I can confirm I am having the same issue. My sim with the rancher trait has this moodlet every time she harvests the garden, even on the plants that have reached Perfect status. It happens when she shears the sheep, even if they are high on all of their needs. It happened when she milked the cow, even though the milk was "excellent" quality. It happens when making nectar, even with perfect fruit. I don't understand the purpose of this "bad ranch product" moodlet if my sim gets it no matter the quality. This can't be as designed, right? It seems like a bug or an oversight.

Still happening. My rancher gets it every time he harvests.

having the same issue with PERFECT plants.

@simsplayer818 Good that you posted so they can't blame it on custom content.

I've found a workaround for it. I'm harvesting the plants myself in Build Mode just by putting them into my inventory then back into their pot again and selling the harvestables. You actually get more money for them that way but it takes away from the gardening skill and part of the ranching duties (plus, on console we don't have a Sell All button as it was trialled from January but unfortunately it was quite glitchy and was removed).

I have this issue as well. My Sim is a rancher (has the trait as well), and the first time I got this moodlet it made sense - the garden was new and the plants meager quality.
But thanks to him drinking golden milk and then also having the help from the golden chicken, all of the plants in the garden now have perfect quality. I went one-by-one to check for sure. And still, every time he harvests he gets the embarrassed moodlet. Which is sad, because I have spent weeks trying to get the golden chicken without cheats, and would like to see some happy moodlets from the perfect plant quality.
Or at least get rid of the embarrassed one...

Same issue. It's been happening since day 1 of installing the pack. Even now when all my Sim's produce is of excellent to perfect quality.
I've never had CC or Mods on my PC. I only seem to get it with harvesting. (no weeds, All watered, No infestation).
I have done a game repair a few times. I have gone through common troubleshooting steps. I don't know why I'm getting the embarrassed moodlet.
I'm assuming it's a bug. It makes no sense why it's happening. Sure it's not game breaking. But it is very frustrating.
