Hello all,

i have 2 sims with freelance artist career. The first sim have 10 skill painting and when i check for a gig the list is full . The second sim have level 7 painting and the first time i got 3 gigs, did all of them. I tried the second time  and i got another 3 gigs. Did all of them as well and then the list was empty. I got a call saying that there were a lots of opportunity and check for some new gigs. But the list is still empty.

Sounds like the issue that's also present for the actor career.

Did those Sims all have the skill before yesterday's patch ?

I haven't had  ac chance to test at all but do you also have different agencies for the career like in the actor career ? If so, can you try switching ?

@Costa : If you keep playing for a while, do new Gigs eventually show up the next Sim day?

i switched from artist to writer and to programmer and every career for this sim have only 3 gigs in the list. When i switch back to artist the list is empty again. 

The sim have the skill before the new patch. I played for only 1 day in game.

problem solved : i used reset object debug on my sim and now the list of gigs is full.

That's good to hear. As this is a common issue for the actor career I'm going to keep this here a bit longer to see if we get more reports.

My sim is a freelance programmer and she's only done 2 gigs. Now the list is completely blank?! Happens on both computer and through career panel. Tried reset debug on sim, tried going to manage worlds and back. Nothing. Help!

can you try this procedure?
1) enable testingcheats
2) shift click on your sim and select "gig freelance (debug)" not sure if it's translated correctly
3) from the list, select one gig accordingly with your sim career (programmer)
4) complete the gig
5) check if there are some gigs from career menu, computer or phone
6) if empty, shift click on your sim and click "reset object (debug)"
7) check again if the gigs list is still empty

This is how i solved my issue with empty gigs list, hope it will work also for you!
