[FIXED] Deliveries fail on Private Dwelling Lots [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Live on a lot with Private Dwelling lot trait. Try ordering a pizza, zoomers or groceries. Without Private Dwelling deliveries will work fine.
What happens when the bug occurs? The delivery will never arrive.
What do you expect to see? The delivery will never arrive.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

a bug that I have noticed now for a few patches.  I thought deliveries werent working at all because I always live on Private Dwellings and so I decided to test today on a lot that wasnt and was surprised to see the pizza show up as well as the two new deliveries, zoomers and groceries.

Sims living on Private Dwelling lots are now willing to make exceptions for food deliveries. Because everyone loves a good pizza, even territorial curmudgeons.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i have only ordered Zoomers one time bfr, shortly after implimented. it worked then. today i have ordered and money is gone bt no one comes to door. attempt to call again, opt is greyed out saying order is on way. 2 game days have passed and same error(s). i am currently in apartment dwelling, if that is cause(?), City Living, San Myshuno.
What happens when the bug occurs? order from phn and no deliveries.
What do you expect to see? Zoomers to come to my door.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

yes, pvt dwelling... lol that's an odd "easy fix".  i'll check next time playing.  you'd think "invited guests" would bypass this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in an apartment and order pizza, groceries or food.
What happens when the bug occurs? The delivery won't come, but the delivery option on the phone is not available anymore. I tried to look in the hall or even outside. No body came to deliver it.
What do you expect to see? My delivery.

Playing in an apartment makes the delivery to not be served. I looked for it outside the building or in the hall or next to my door. No body came to serve it. I tried different saves, new saves... always the same. No delivery.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except for the Journey to Batuu game pack and the Courtyard Oasis kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to order groceries from the phone. The household is not living in Henford-on-Bagley.
What happens when the bug occurs? Grocery delivery never shows up or a delivery sim does appear but immediately glitches off the lot. This has been an issue even before the most recent patch for the zoomers delivery fix.
What do you expect to see? To be able to buy groceries from the phone and not have to use a grocery stall to order ingredients.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Does it happen on all your lots ?

I have only tried to order groceries on this one lot in Willow Creek. I do have private dwelling as a lot trait. I will remove private dwelling and try again.
