Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When a Sim who lives in an apartment dies (in that case I never controlled her, but i don't know if it makes any difference), his gravestone is stuck at the base of the building (you cant move the grave, nor interact with it
What happens when the bug occurs? you cant make the ghost stay more time
What do you expect to see? the gravestone stays inside the correct apartment or a proper graveyard for all the dead
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game with neighborhood stories and/or aging active. Wait for multiple sims in an apartment to die while you are playing a different household.
What happens when the bug occurs? The urns spawn in an inaccessible place outside the lot, which means they can't be clicked-and-dragged. If they're overlapping (multiple urns on the same tile) sims cannot interact with them.
What do you expect to see? Urns to only spawn within the boundaries of the lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Two sims died in an apartment while I was not playing the household (one of them before my sims moved in) and the urns spawned on the same spot in the community area outside the apartment. I cannot click and drag them back on to the lot or in my sim's inventory, and my sims cannot perform any interaction with the urns - they get the "something's in the way" thought bubble. Since I cannot release the spirits, the ghosts keep bothering my sims, and my sims keep autonomously wanting to Mourn at the urns.

One of these sims was in a NPC household and died prior to my sims moving in. When I moved into the apartment, I selected "unfurnished," so the urn remained despite that.

Im having the same bug! I have 3 urns clipping in the San Myshuno apartment hallways and I can only possess or engrave them, no moving, destroying or putting in inventory works.

Wow, this is an obscure one, but it's happened to me too. An NPC who lived in Stonestreet Apartments (ECO) died. My sim went to get his urn, but it's stuck in an uneditable corner of the lot  (see photo). My sim can interact with it, but she can't put it in her inventory.

@thiagodcf Anything off your lot will be unable to be collected or dragged into your inventory and that's pretty normal! so DW too much. And Urn ends up off lot hmm. Sounds tricky... You probably died too close to the edge of the apartment tower then it spawns outside which is downstairs. It still should be collectable; I went onto a dead townie's lot after hearing that they're dead and I took their urn (to make a cemetery) by making the sim manually put it in their inventory. Hopefully this helps! ^U^

It happened again, this time in Hakim House (CL). The hallway is not part of the lot, so again, my sim can't pick up the urn and I can't remove it in build mode. A few more deaths in this apartment, and the door will probably be completely blocked, lol. I guess I'll be forced to install TOOL to get rid of them at that point!

I'm having this issue as well, but I don't play the households. They're part of my family tree and I'm trying to collect the headstones for my family graveyard and can't because they're stuck under the building. This is in the big penthouse. I don't have any sims on my family tree living in other places in San Myshuno.
