Not to say your issue isn't caused by the patch, but that's been happening to me for a while.

This has been a thing since the start for me with game-generated households that includes a pet.

really annoying since you can't save your CAS changes unless you enter something. in most cases, it is one of the standard breeds from list

Yup. And what usually happens is I have to change the dog entirely to get a breed so I can save any changes. Which isn’t too big of a problem in some cases because the game generates some UGLY animals for Neighborhood Stories. 😂

Neighborhood stories Cats and Dogs breed naming blank

What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find a home with a dog or a cat adopted from the Neighborhood stories system and try to modify the sims in CAS.
What happens when the bug occurs? Modifying sims in CAS, you will soon notice that the game cannot save and exit CAS because the name of the Breed of Cats/Dogs are blank and need to be fill. I usually write ''Mixed Breed'' and the writing is way left of the white box, but it end up being OK in the end. It is bugged out.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to enter CAS modify what I want to modify and exit CAS without having to fill in the Breeds for all the cats and dogs of that said household. Also, it appears to me that most of them, look like mixed breeds... could we have pure breed being adopted to from the neighborhood stories sometimes? And while being at fixing the breed naming problem in CAS, could you guys have the breed of dogs/cats and horses show up on their profile, while looking at it in live mode, I notice it is not there and that would be just handy to have the ability to know what is the breed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Thank you
