[NEEDS SAVES] [GTW] Doctor Sims Cannot Deliver Babies [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all EPs, GPs, and SPs, with the exception of some of the kits, Dream Home Dec, and Journey to wherever
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Become a doctor --> Get to the point where you need to deliver a baby to progress in the career ---> attempt tp deliver said baby by clicking on pregnant sim when she shows up - Here is a video I uploaded of this happening: https://youtu.be/GD1UzVcxX_4
What happens when the bug occurs? My doctor sim, goes up to the pregnant sim, and I select "deliver baby." At that point, she looks at the poor pregnant sim and decides that looking at a fish tank, wall art, or anything else would be more exciting than delivering that freaking baby. Doctor sim can perform all other tasks, and pregnant sim eventually leaves, once she realizes she's being ignored and doctor does not care to deliver her baby. Task is failed.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the doctor deliver the baby at the surgery table. Other surgeries can be performed, albeit, that is broken too, as my doctor sim now T-poses at the surgery table. All other surgeries, however, proceed as expected despite the T-posing, but no baby deliveries. This has occurred both with and without mods for me.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

In Brief: My sims in the doctor career are unable to progress without cheats, because they cannot deliver a baby at the hospital. The pregnant sim spawns, but the doctor is unable to deliver the baby. All other surgeries can be performed, though the doctor T-poses at the surgery table. Based on another topic here, this is a known issue, so I don't believe we need to troubleshoot that one. Just mentioning it for more context.

For the delivery: Did you delete the locatlhumbcache file after removing your mods and repaired the game ?

I've experienced that bug as well. I got to the stage in the doctor career where the game tasks you to deliver a baby at some point and when a pregnant Sim entered the hospital and I selected the deliver baby option my Sim would walk up to her, touch her belly, gesture her to go to the surgery table but then nothing happened just like in the video you linked. I assumed it's because there is no cradle for the baby to placed in so I added two but even with them on the lot my Sim still wouldn't complete the action. I still managed to get promoted but the deliver a baby option is currently not working.

@Arekkino I'm not happy that your game is glitching, but I am happy to not be alone. I haven't tried placing the baby cradle, but your comment doesn't give me much hope for that lol

@crinrict Thanks for replying Crin. Yes, I deleted local thumb cache and repaired game after removing mods, and unfortunately still got the issue. I saw the T-posing thread and am glad the gurus are aware.

I'm having the same problem. Windows PC. I removed all my mods and cc and deleted localthumbcache. Still wouldn't let me deliver a pregnant sim's baby. She'll just walk up, touch the belly, get excited, and then they'll stare at each other for a few seconds before they get angry.

Edit: I've discovered the problem. If the surgery tables are any other color but the blue swatch used in the unedited hospital, babies can't be delivered on them. I tried every color swatch and only the default blue surgery table is capable of letting a doctor sim deliver babies on it.
