[NEEDS SAVES] [GTW] Bought Retail items turning into ashes/ Appear burnt

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Version 1.35
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything accept kids stuff and toddler stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buying items from retail such as food. It then turns into ashes after the purchase (do you can’t restock) while the food you bought is in your inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? The items you purchase turn into ashes not allowing you to restock.
What do you expect to see? Purchased retail Items not burning.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Long story short, I’ve been running a retail and anytime I visit there as another family to buy food etc items out on the shelves, it turns into ashes after the item is sold. My retail store is already turning empty and I have to keep filling it up again.

@Massacre-Redrum This is my exact problem too. When I restock after a minute it turns into ash

@Massacre-Redrum At what point does it turn into ashes ? In the inventory or does the re-stock sign turn into ashes ?

@vixenroxie Are you also on Console or on PC/Mac ?

Could either of you test a fresh save if you have the issue there too ?

All Turns to Dust

★★★ Guide

I, well my sim, finally opened her art store. One that I built. Nothing special. No traits and I am finding dust or little piles of dirt along the walls were I hang my (her) paintings.

What is going on??

@RavenLure I've merged your post into the bug report. Please click the "Me Too" button on the first post.

Please also say what platform you are using with this issue and if it's also the restock signs or the actual art pieces?

I don't work for EA. I'm a player helping other players. I do not respond to PMs.
