Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Age up Child to Teen
What happens when the bug occurs? The UI overlaps with the Aspiration Icons
What do you expect to see? No overlapping
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Makes it a bit harder to click on that aspiration

First of all, thanks so much for your reports on this issue, this does really help our team a lot! We are continuing to investigate, however, we have not been able to reproduce successfully yet.
@SproutLee, if you still see this issue occurring in your game and would not mind sharing a save file with us, that would indeed be super awesome as it would help our team a lot to gather further information about this issue!
@duchessoffish, as you play on XB providing a save file for that platform is unfortunately not possible, but if you could capture a video clip in your game of how you get to this overlapping moment, that would be just as helpful as a save file
