[LD] Hallowed Grounds effects stay after removing the lot trait [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except for Journey to Batuu and Bust the Dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give a lot the Hallowed Grounds trait, wait for the visual effects to show and remove the lot trait.
What happens when the bug occurs? After removing the lot trait, the visual effects stay on the lot. It even saves to the library with the effects. I tried saving the lot to my library without the lot trait and replacing the lot to get rid of the effects, unfortunately this did not fix it.
What do you expect to see? I expect the effects of the lot trait to disapear after removing it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've built the Goth family a new home, using the new EP. I gave the lot the Hallowed Grounds lot trait, but I didn't want the effects in my screenshots so I removed it.

This didn't remove the effects, not even after saving the lot to my library without the lot trait and replacing it.

I was able to remove the creepy crack in the ground, but the fog stays and I can't remove that. The effects stop showing after bulldozing the lot, but I don't want to bulldoze it... I've spend hours to build this house and I want to play in it and others to be able to play in it without the effects if they don't want them.

While I was building, I had a few mods (TOOL, Better Build Buy, UI cheats and some lighting mods) in my game, but I've removed them all and repaired the game. This didn't solve the problem.
