Infants stretching when fussing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to batoo and build kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have the infant interact with toys or fuss and they seem to stretch
What happens when the bug occurs? They stretch, infants.
What do you expect to see? Infants not stretching
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@Khrisstyne Each interaction that makes infants stretch need to be handled separatly so it's important to have a thread per interaction.

What do you mean by fuss ? What kind of toys make your infants stretch ? On the picture the infant seems to be interacting with the trash can ?

@crinrictWhen I clicked on the infant in the picture, he was in the middle of a fuss interaction as well as a different infant in the same save. 

Another infant was sitting in the little play mat and was queued to play with a toy, I think base game, and stretched.

(Uploaded the first video of the stretching yet the infant wasn't interacting with a toy.)
