[GTW] FutureSim Labs Computers can't be repaired

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Island Living, Discover University, Snowy Escape. Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic. Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Vintage Glamor, Bowling Night, Paranormal. Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join a scientist sim at work. Wait for a computer to break, then click on the computer to repair it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to repair the computer isn't there
What do you expect to see? An option to repair the computer as before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The above picture is from today. The below picture is from two days ago. I removed the mods I had installed hoping the situation would replicate after taking the screenshot below. I'm not sure when this bug started to happen, I just recently started playing my scientist sims again.
Edit: Editing to point out the 'Repair the Computer' work requirement in the picture below.
Other items on the lot can be repaired as usual. This bug only seems to affect computers.
