[FIXED] Vest Causes Texture Glitch on Fingers

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80.69.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just put this vest on from Dine Out on to your sims.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you put the vest on, there's a visual glitch on the sims hands. What appears to be an indent goes across all the fingers.
What do you expect to see? I expect the fingers to look normal as they do with every other article of clothing that has nothing to do with the hands.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This glitch has been present in the game ever since this article of clothing was introduced. It always creeped me out. Like it makes my skin crawl looking at it, and I just really want this texture to be fixed. It's been five years. I have pictures below that show the fingers with the vest on, and with a normal shirt on.

- Wearing the respectable shirt and vest combo (ymTop_GP03Vest) was cutting off circulation, causing a groove to appear around the Sim's fingers. The cuffs have since been loosened and the Sim’s fingers are back to normal.
Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94

My husband figured out what was wrong with this vest and fixed it.
The normal map and the UV map were misaligned. You can easily see the problem and the solution in the two screenshots attached. Basically, the normal map was at the bottom of the square, and the UV map was at the top of the square. The cuffs of the shirt in the normal map overlapped the hands in the UV map causing the appearance of the grooves. It also caused some out of place shadows in the shirt and vest, but those are a lot harder to spot than the grooves on the hands.
