[FIXED] [V] [RoM] Cannot See Occult Status For Non-Household Sims [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except for JtB, MFPS, CoL, HSY, Werewolves, and GrT.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hover over a non-household-member occult sim and then check their profile.
What happens when the bug occurs? Their occult status and rank aren't visible.
What do you expect to see? The occult status and rank of the inspected sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed either the most recent patch, or the one prior (not sure which one affected it).

Recently I was checking to see which sims I knew were vampires, and noticed that their status and rankings weren't available for viewing on either their trait panels or profiles. Within my household both are visible (checked a spellcaster and 2 vampires), but no one else, even one that'd been previously in my household. Just to check whether or not I was misremembering, I looked at an old video wherein the player hovered over Vlad to see his status and traits: https://youtu.be/FbAc15P6bOg?t=736 (timestamp: 12:16). Obviously they are all still occults, just that their status isn't showing up in the relationship panel. 

To test further, I invited a sim to my household and was able to see their occult status as per usual, then I dismissed a long-time member of my household, went to "Manage Households", came back, and was unable to see that sim's status in the relationship panel. Aliens are fine, since I can still see the "Known Alien" relationship. I don't have Werewolves to test, and Mermaids don't seem to have a visible status, even though one confessed that they were to my sim.

Î did a quick test on my Vampire Sim and I still see the that info

Did you test another save to see if the same occurs ?

@crinrict Yes, I just checked two other saves with vastly different circumstances. Even a human sim couldn't see it. I only see those of my household members.

I then had a thought and tried exactly what you did- I moved to FH, and introduced myself to Caleb. I could see his status, just like you. Then I left the neighborhood...nope, couldn't see it anymore. Returned to FH...couldn't see it anymore. Returned to the Caleb's lot...now I could see it. Could still see it even after returning home. The spellcasters I met in Glimmerbrook (where I traveled to before returning to FH), I couldn't see the statuses of. Even invited one to my lot...nope. Even on their own lot...nope.

I have it, too. In the screenshots, I selected a maxis default spellcaster who is not in my sim's house in that moment and is not even part of the household.  As you can see he's a good friend with my sim, but I can't see his spellcaster rank or even know that he is a spellcaster.
