[FIXED] Toddler basegame toenail polish removed [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Todays update
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all besides eco living, snowy escape, strangerville, jungle adventure spa day and starwar pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The update to remove the "funky toddle thumbnail" removed the whole ability to put toenail polish on their feet. That thumbnail did serve a purpose by applying toe nail color to the toddler toenails. The update removed the toenail polish completely even on toddler sims who already had it on. When 1st loading into a household that had toddlers that had their toenails colored a message pops up saying items had been removed and their toenails was no longer colored. Their fingernail colors remained unchanged.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the latest update
What do you expect to see? A new icon for the toddler toe nail polish instead of the complete removal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch today stated it removed a "funky toddler thumbnail that served no purpose" but it did serve a purpose but was misplaced and misidentified in the accessories menu.

Is there a plan to ever give us the toddler toenail polish back? I still can't get over them removing an actual CAS asset from the game just because the thumbnail was weird - instead of fixing the thumbnail.
