[FIXED] [TSP] Gradient Swatches of Feminine toddler romper looks scratchy/grainy [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.106.148.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, including the two latest kits (Party Essentials and Urban Homage)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to CAS and find this particular toddler romper, it's a feminine one piece, kind of reminds me of a clown outfit
What happens when the bug occurs? The romper looks scratched/grainy. This only happens with the two gradient swatches, the solid color and polka dot swatches are fine, at least in my game
What do you expect to see? No scratchy, grainy graphics on any of the romper swatches
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I ran the update for the latest version of the game on April 16th.

So I was playing a couple of days ago and dressing up some toddlers when I noticed the gradient swatches of one of my favorite in-game toddler rompers now looks scratched/grainy. I was disappointed because they didn't look like that before when I was playing. Anyone else have this issue? 

My graphics card is all up to date, I tested without mods in. Graphics settings all on highest possible. Laptop mode is off. I have never used CC or any mods that affect CAS in any way.

It only happens with the two gradient swatches, the solid color and polka dot swatches seem fine to me.

This outfit is from the Toddler Stuff pack. Not base game. 

I agree that it looks horrible and the seams don't match with the colors.

Right, thanks. I didn't notice since I've always had all the packs. Have edited the post and title to reflect that it's from toddler stuff.

My issue is the scratchy, grainy texture thing on the two gradient swatches of the outfit, on the front, not the colors or overall look. I love the romper, but it certainly never had that scratched up look on the front before the recent update. And it's only on those two swatches.
