[FIXED] Sim Bust Thumbnail Low Resolution on the Resume Button [ Edited ]

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.106.148.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to Crystal Creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a save file.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Resume button will display the last selected sim in an extremely low resolution image.
What do you expect to see? I expect the sim icon to be higher resolution instead of a blur.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The game already generates multiple resolution images for sim bust thumbnails and the Resume button is large enough to warrant a higher resolution thumbnail!
