[FIXED] No option to pay bills [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? expansions: all except cottage living, Horse Ranch, and For rent game: all except Outdoor Retreat, Realm of Magic, Journey to Batuu, Dream Home Decorator, and Werewolves stuff: Movie Hangout, Vintage Glamour, Moschino, Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sim got a message to pay his bill in 0 hours, but whenever I click the mailbox, it says that he hasn't got any bills to pay yet. I also tried clicking computer and phone, but none of them worked.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim can't pay the bill even he got a message to pay.
What do you expect to see? I expect the Sim to pay his bill without any trouble.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I removed the whole mod folder

• Cost of living just went back up: Sims once again can pay bills when they are due.

My sims can't pay their bills I've tried everything I removed my mods, repaired the game, tried to pay from a different location, and nothing works. They do the actions of paying the bills the money stays the same and the lights are still off. I don't know if it's the specific household but I need help.

I'm very new to playing The Sims 4 and got my first bills in mailbox. There is No option to pay bills from mailbox or computer. I had my woman get mail and the envelope of bills went into her inventory but then I cannot drag it out or pay from there so I quit game without saving. I have NO CC or mods in game. I do not know if the new Update from yesterday caused this because this is the first time my Sims got bills. I deleted old mailbox and put new one in and still will not give option to pay the bills. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

@jazlyn2006 This is the only bug i see so far but how are we suppose to pay the bills? I want to play my game.

in 11 weeks (based on how many interests she earned) my test sim received bills only once - no utilities being shut off, no repo (also no error message)

I have this problem too! Thought it was just me as I haven’t seen anyone else mention it on Facebook/Reddit. Can’t pay the bills at all. Tried the mailbox, computer and clicking on the paper bills but the option just isn’t there

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Play normaly and then recieve the Bill and try to pay it

What happens when the bug occurs?: Pie-menu 'Pay the Bill' disappears but the Bill is still in Sim's inventory. And Bills & Utilities panel does not change.
What do you expect to see?: Sim can pay the Bill normaly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?; Never used

Now my Sim moved into other Lot(Bargain Bend in Willow Creek). My Sim received another Bill as same time as arrive. But nothing in mailbox.

I keep getting notifications that my bills have been delivered to my sims mailbox but they have no mail AT ALL! It also weirdly says i have 0 hours to pay before they cut off my power but they don't cut it off (thank goodness).

I have even checked my sims phone and computer but there is no option there to pay the bills either.

In the real world I wish we didn’t have to pay bills but for the sake of gameplay I would like to have my bills delivered please.

I have the same problem too, no options on either the phone, computer or mailbox to actually pay the bills. I haven't had my power cut off yet or a repo man come calling so it's a win win thing no bills no repercussions.
