[FIXED] Nails cause line on neck [ Edited ]

Platform: PC - Windows 11
Which language are you playing the game in? English

How often does the bug occur? Every time I use the nails. 
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs; game packs: Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Strangeville, Dream Home Decorator, My Wedding Stories; stuff pack: everything, but Perfect Patio. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In CAS, when selecting the nails. The cut can be seen in CAS and while playing the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, just the cut on the neck.
What do you expect to see? Cut
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, I use custom content and mods, but I removed all of them, and the cut is still there. I also started a new save without any CC or mods, and the cut is also present in that save.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I really do not know. 

Hello, I have a problem with the nails (photo) in my wedding stories. Every time I use these nails, my sim has a cut (photo) on her neck. This cut is visible on every skin tone. Can you please fix them? They are so beautiful and it is a pity that I cannot use them. Thanks!

Just did a test like you and i am having the same problem. With or without mods, actual or new save, the cut on the neck it's there!

What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime i use EA nails
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sim normal without bug or distortion

Please describe the patch or change you made. Before the new update, my game was totally fine but after that everytime i use EA nails my sim's neck look strange, there is a transparent line around the neck

Yes, it happens with any nails. Is sad because before the update everything was fine.
