purchased packs not showing in library for download/duplicate transactions

How can you purchase the same DLC twice?

I wanted to purchase the horses and seasons content, and went through the app via PC to buy them. I mistakenly went through the process of purchasing the packs again since they did not show up in my library for download and the app still said I can purchase the packs (did not say owned).... 

I have restarted the app, my computer, cleared the chache, and "repaired' the game...still nothing.

I'm in contact with EA now and hoping to be refunded the second purchase.

Disappointed that they would just take my money and not provide me my content. Ive been a loyal simmer for well over a decade and have never had issues until now.

How can I make my DLC appear when I have paid for it?

I bought The Sims 4 For Rent expansion from in game purchases, but it's unable to download it from EA apps. It show that I haven't bought it ??

Please help, I've just bought Growing Together. It says 'completed' in my order history. But it's not installing. I've also tried to check my folder but I don't see it. When I open my Sims game, it says that I own it already. But why is it not installing? I can't find it anywhere. I don't use mods, I use windows and the EA app. Thank you!
