[FIXED] [LS] Create a date UI menu blank [ Edited ]

EP: Lovestruck, For Rent, Growing Together, High School Years, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get To Work GP: Werewolves, Dream Home Decorator, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires SP: Crystal Creations, Home Chef Hustle, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, My First Pet, Backyard, Romantic Garden, Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? create sims, try create date through cupids corner
What happens when the bug occurs? UI for create a date is blank
What do you expect to see? I want to set dates with any sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I open the cupids corner app, like my matches, try to create a date with them - it works if it's not a sim I created. If it is my created sim the ui for the start an event is just blank.

EDIT: I met them in person first and opened the date UI through creating the date directly with the sim, then it started working in the app as well (for the same sim, I didn't get any more matches  with sims I created and haven't met in person at the same time, so I could't test if it worked for other sims)

When I try to plan dates in Cupid's corner the options are all missing.

When I tried to ask to start a date, the date planner was not loading up anymore. It was working just fine an hour ago and now nothing is showing up. I have no mods/CC I'm on console. I have attached an image to give you guys a clear idea of what I am talking about. I hope this gets fixed soon, I really enjoyed playing it.

I am also having this issue with the UI being blank. 

However, I found (at least for me) If I go to the phone > social > plan social event - it allows me to plan the dates from this menu instead. 

A bit of an annoying loop-around but the new dates from this pack may be accessible that way.
