[FIXED] [GALLERY] Followers & Followed People are gone/ Low Follower cap [ Edited ]

Hey, I know you have done a huge update on the gallery, for the ability to stay connected I am very grateful. This is a major improvement. On the other hand, ALL my followers have now gone and I am reduced to showing only a few of my 300 that I was following, can you explain this to me please?  When I do try and click on follow, I am getting the "You have reached your following limit" So are we reduced down to following less than 10? 

Is there a way to fix this?  I run challenges on the gallery and this is seriously going to have a negative impact on those. 

Any information or feedback would be helpful.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL packs & Kits installed (including the 2 new kits) 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sign into the Gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? My followers are at 0 and I can only follow 9 
What do you expect to see? My followers back at over 2500 and those I follow back at 300
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No, not anymore I removed them
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes after the Gallery Maintenance on the 30th May 2023

Non-anonymous Gallery users appearing in the Following and Followers tabs will once again display the number of Followers each user has.

Same here. I had something close to 4000 followers in the Gallery before and now I have 0.

I suspect it's just a display issue because so far, no one has complained to me that they can't find my stuff anymore or that they're suddenly not following me anymore and I can also see the people I'm following. At least I hope it's just a display error. It'd be pretty devastating to lose the 4000 followers I spent years building up.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my gallery id. mrsr99tso It says I am following 9 simmers. It was a lot more than that but not near the 100 limit.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go to try and follow them, I get the message I've reached the amount of people I can follow.
What do you expect to see? To be able to have the ability to follow my friends and for them to be able to follow me. The people I was following are no longer showing that I follow them

There is an issue with the followers. I can't follow anyone and the people I was following no longer are there. Also the few followers that show up have asterisks on their name.

I just realized that the patch said "Gallery Newsfeed is not feeding anymore" I am assuming that is the issue. I just need to make sure that is what the problem is.

Thank you for making this bug report Ina. I'm having the exact same issues with my following number. I can thankfully still see most everyone I was following but I currently have 0 followers. It's taken me 7 years to grow a wonderful group of followers and friends in our gallery community and now, most of them have been removed from my account. I have had a few friends tell me that even though I can't see them in my following tab, they are still there and see when I share something. While I'm grateful that there are some still there even though it says 0, I know most are gone because my likes and download totals have dropped significantly. 

I've talked with many simmers now who are either struggling with a severe loss of people whom they can follow, a drastic loss of people who follow them or in some cases both issues are occurring. 

Also, concerning followers, while I do seem to have most everyone I was following still showing for me in my following list, I have one account that I'm now following that is completely unfamiliar to me. It's like the gallery randomly followed someone for me. I've heard this report from a couple of other gallery friends too.

Please fix this concern asap ~

I have the same issue. I have 0 followers and a decreased number of people I follow. I'm not going to post anything new to the gallery until the issue is resolved. I really hope Maxis communicates with us. I'd like to know if they are aware, working on it, and have an approximate timeline. Even if they don't know how to fix it right now, it would be helpful to hear that they are working on it.

I also have this issue. I am now only allowed to follow eight people.  Thinking the cap might have been seriously downgraded from the 100 it used to be, I took out six that aren't posting new content.  Now I am limited to two.
