[FIXED] [FR] Property Owner has venue transfer button on unownable community lot

Product: The Sims 4
Platform :PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as a sim who is a property owner and lives in the R-Rental. Travel to a community lot and enter BB
What happens when the bug occurs? you will see the venue transfer button. Clicking it freezes the game
What do you expect to see? The button should not be there
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This button appears in BB for every sim on a public lot that owns a R Rental. Clicking the button crashes the game.
Its clearly a FR issue as this bug only happens to sims owning a R Rental.

- “Venue Funds Transfer” button no longer appears for community lots.
Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
