[FIXED] Corrupted (R-rental) lot/Map doesn't load anymore/White Screen [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open an old save or start a new game, click Tomarang from the world selection.
What happens when the bug occurs? The world selection screen fades but the Tomarang world map screen never loads.
What do you expect to see? The Tomarang world map screen should load and I should be able to select a lot, etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I was building on an empty lot in Tomarang when my game crashed. When I loaded back in, I was unable to load the Tomarang world map screen. I am able to load other world map screens. I have removed my mods and repaired the game.

Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
Patch Notes only mention one world. Going to leave it open to gather feedback for other worlds.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1.build a very beautifull tomarang residential not even a rental lot a residential on I think it's called tam nang sands and upload it to the galery 2. have your game crash when you press ''go back to manage worlds'' losing your last 6 hours of gameplay 3.then sit there from 1am to 5am trying to fix it and get your house to load on the lot 4. continue to struggle until you have managed to save your file 5.now the problem my tomarang world won't load it's a blank screen no matter what I do, I tried reparing the game, closing and reopening my computer uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I do not know what to do anymore this is my legacy game file please help

now the problem is that my tomarang world won't load it's a blank screen no matter what I do, I tried repairing the game, closing and reopening my computer uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I do not know what to do anymore this is my legacy game file please help I'm stuck on a blank screen of what is supposed to be tomarang whit still the little icons at the top showing but kinda grey-ish and I cant click on them my mouse becomes a looking glass with a + in it and my whole game stays there cannot do anything else but if I don't go in tomarang (wich is where my current gen lives) I can play like nothing is wrong please help

Copperdale and San Sequioa are both blank white screens when I try to travel/play there, but only in one specific save. I can’t go back to manage worlds when this happens but can still exit to the main menu. I do use mods but have updated them all. I also disabled mods and was still having the problem with the white screens so I think it’s directly related to the new EP/updates.

It started after I built a multi unit house in San Sequoia, changed it to a residential rental, then had severe lagging so I switched it back to a residential lot. The lot somehow was stuck as a residential rental, even though the build itself was showing as a residential and was allowing me to change the lot type in build/buy. I couldn’t move any Sims into that build or get it to show as the correct lot type so I bulldozed that lot and gave up. I had saved that build to the gallery so I tried placing it in Copperdale. I was able to place it and edit it but then shut my laptop and when I came back and reloaded the game I was getting the white screens for those two worlds. I have a feeling it’s somehow related to this specific build being placed in these worlds. I’ve seen some other news about some builds causing the game to freeze/crash when placing them down in different worlds and this seems very similar. Does anyone have any fixes? My save is literally ruined without being able to access these two worlds

@annaahn Do you have a backup from before all the issues ? It's possible that the lot type issue corrupts saves in the end.

No I don’t have any backups unfortunately. Praying it gets fixed in a future update but losing hope for now lol.

@annaahn the game makes auto updates. Maybe you get lucky and one of them still loads

No, I unfortunately do not have a backup of my legacy game file but that does not matter because tomarang doesn't exist in any save file no matter how far back I go, nothing, like I'm talking about different games entirely

Can you send me your save ? I can take a look tomorrow.
