[FIXED] Changing Sexual Orientation after learning it doesn't update [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.79.25
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create 2 sims and play as them in Live Mode. Have sim 1 ask sim 2 what their woohoo intrests are. After sim 2 answers, go into CAS and change the woohoo intrests of sim 2. Go back into Live Mode and play as sim 1. In the relationships tab, click on sim 2 and open their profile.
What happens when the bug occurs? If sim 1 asks what sim 2's woohoo intrests are, after you change sim 2's woohoo intrests, it will not update in their profile for sim 1. It will show the old orientation and the option to ask again is greyed out because, "Sim 1 already knows Sim 2's woohoo intrests."
What do you expect to see? If we are able to change a sim's sexual orientation, after another sim has already learned it, we should have the option to have that sim re-ask and update the learned intrest.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've already tried having sim 1 and sim 2 woohoo again to update the learned intrest, but that did nothing. Is there possibly a cheat that could remove it?

I've had this issue too. It happens mostly for me when I forget to set my sim's sexual orientation. For the most part, I do remember to click the preferences for my sims, but sometimes I forget that part. When I do fix it, it's too late and it doesn't change. I wish it would get updated, especially with SOs as they would be the first people to tell.

This happens every time and while not game-breaking, it is really annoying. No longer can your sims explore and settle on one orientation because it will not update whenever it changes with sims who have learned of your sexual orientation. When you try to relearn it, the "ask about woohoo/mess around preference" interaction is no longer there and the "ask about romantic preference" is greyed out saying that said sim already knows it (despite it being changed).
