[FIXED] [CL] Child able to 'Play with Emotion' on a broken keyboard [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.88.213.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Get to Work, Seasons, Discover University, Cottage Living, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood, Toddler, Kids Room, Nifty Knitting, Strangeville, Snowy Escape, Little Campers, Eco Lifestyle.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase DigiRAD Keyboard from City Living, wait for it to break, choose a child sim, click the "Play with Emotion" interaction.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even though the piano object is broken, the child is able to perform the "Play with Emotion" interaction.
What do you expect to see? The interaction should be unavailable and greyed out like the other ones, because the object is broken.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I played on my friend's computer. They showed me the bug but could not to make a bug report because they don't speak English well so now I'm making one for them. They provided the screenshots and the information.
