EA Connect isn’t working. Error: [EA_CONNECT_SETTINGS_LINK_ERROR_DESC]

I’m unable to use EA Connect on SWGOH.  I’m getting this error: EA_CONNECT_SETTINGS_LINK_ERROR_DESC.    This is frustrating as I’m missing out on being able to get the Leia bonus items…

@Tsininjun The EA account/email you are trying to use is already linked to a different SWGoH account.
