[NEEDS SAVES] Disable autonomy for selected sim doesn't stop autonomous actions

[ Edited ]
★★★★★ Novice

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all game packs, all stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a sim with the Game Option "Disable autonomy for selected sim" selected, especially in a household with a newborn, infant, or toddler.
What happens when the bug occurs? Actions still queue for sim autonomously/sim still tries to complete autonomous actions even with "Disable autonomy for selected sim" checked in Game Options. This is especially true since the Growing Together patch and updates to sims responding to newborn/infant needs. Sim will do actions autonomously or player driven actions that are queued will autonomously cancel as an autonomous action pops into the queue and the sims will do that instead.
What do you expect to see? Disabled autonomy should disable all autonomy for that sim. The sim should not do anything or queue anything that is not player driven, regardless of circumstance. Player driven queued actions should never be canceled by autonomous actions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This has continually been a problem, hence selecting Neutral for the Did this issue appear after a specific patch question. For example, a sim with the "disable autonomy for selected sim" will often have autonomous actions such as "Brew Tea" or play with clay, things like that. It was frustrating, but not game breaking. With the infant update, autonomous actions are turned up to eleven, especially for anything to do with babies.
