Cant buy apex coins on steam [ Edited ]

What happens and the order it happens.

This all happens every time I try with one exception, at some point during my trying to get it to work the steam purchase page wouldn't open either but this only happened 1 out of maybe 50 attempts.

1: I go to the store page.

2: I click on the purchase Apex coins tab.

3: I select either the 59.99 Euro or 99.99 Euro.

4: The steam purchase overlay opens, the authorize purchase page. I already have over 100 Euros in Steam funds that are not being held by Steam for any reason.

5: I press authorize and the steam overlay closes and brings me back into Apex Legends.

6: Nothing happens, no steam funds are deducted and no Apex coins show up in my account.

I've tried the following;

-Restarting my PC.

-Restarting steam.

-Reinstalling the game.

-Launching Steam as admin.

-Verifying game files.

-Turning off the steam fps counter. (saw it on another thread of a similar issue)

My steam store is set region set to Denmark which shouldn't be causing problems.

I will not try purchasing the funds through the origin client since I added the funds to my Steam wallet for this sole reason and have nothing else to use them on.

I have funds in my Steam wallet, but everytime I try to buy Apex coins the transaction just do not go through. It pretty much does not do anything at all. It is not like the transaction is being declined or anything, it just does nothing

I'm having the same issue and checked the region settings. The steam overlay for the transaction pops up. When I click authorize, the window closes, and nothing happens. The money is still in my steam wallet and the apex coins are not received. I'm in the US and steam and EA accounts both show that. I am unable to buy coins. I have cleared the games temp folder, reinstalled the game, tried purchasing with steam overlay on and off, updated drivers, restarted PC and verified integrity of game files. This started yesterday for me as well. I made a purchase yesterday, played a couple matches and then went to buy more coins and this error was happening. This seems to be something to do with the game and not steam or local settings.

Just wanted to say that this is happening to me too and I cannot figure out why. I’ve done the same steps you have and I was somehow able to purchase the $10 option and buy the battlepass, but trying to purchase the $60/100 options just result in repeated failures. I have a ticket open with steam so if they tell me anything helpful I’ll add it. Very surprised I haven’t been able to find anything on google about this

Having the same problem but in the U.S. I made sure my regions matched, have enough in my steam wallet, and the purchase continues to fail. Verified game integrity, cleared overlay data, and restarted. It still won’t let me purchase any coins. I opened a ticket with Steam but I’m pretty bummed that I added $100 to my steam account to purchase the apex coins and I can’t do so.

Good afternoon,

I’m having an issue where I have loaded funds into my steam wallet, I click authorize on the pop up window, and then nothing happens and it brings me back to the Apex store with no luck. I’ve opened a ticket with steam, but wanted to know if this is a re-occurring issue as I’ve seen others express the same one.

Having same issue, no response from EA or Steam yet. Bummed because I loaded $100 and it successfully took my money, it’s on my steam wallet, but apex won’t authorize my purchase. 
ETA: I’ve tried verifying game integrity and restarting PC, nothing is working unfortunately.
