Hello, I have PlayStation. The PlayStation support team tried to help me by clearing my cache and alll. Yet the event still don't work. I am stuck on the second part of week 3 and i cannot finished week 4 because week 3 isn't finished for me. Is there not a solution for the PlayStation yet? Will i not get the items? I'm upset (

I am having the same problem as you. I haven't finished week 2 and no task window  has showed up on week 3 or 4.

PC player, have been having this issue since Week 3. I only had 1 task left, but now no longer have any Plumbob Icon. Nothing for Week 4 available/completed either.

I feel so dumb asking this, but if I move my save files to my desktop and start a new game will the rewards transfer to my saves when I place them back in the Electronic Art file?  

It's been a long work week and I just wanna sim this weekend lol

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything besides new pack coming 31st
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Logging into the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Game wont allow the quest to move forward. can open and read said quest, no plumbob, no quest outline, no pop up besides physically clicking the reaper icon, in the top left. Quest stopped at The First Ingredient - Catch angelfish x17 but doesn't count.
What do you expect to see? The quest layout, The information on what to do or how to complete the quest. the option to view the quest without opening the whole event Hub.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Logged on to do the weekly event, I've Finished week one and two. Done all of week 3 besides one challenge. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've moved different files as others have tried to do, I have messaged steam tech support, I've started two new files, and I've tried to play a generic family. It wont let me complete any more challenges to get more ingame items I don't want to miss out. so i do hope this is fixed and patched soon.

I play on PC and only recently started having this issue yesterday after I installed new packs I bought. Not sure if it's related but it makes the situation even more annoying.

This is what Live Mode now looks like for me, just the icon in the upper left with no plumbobs/tasks. (I was doing the event with Mortimer; who better than the Goths right?)

Also, I have tried looking up the next tasks online and doing them in game; it does not progress the rewards event.

If I click on the reaper icon, this is what shows up:

Playing on an HP laptop, running OS Windows 11 Pro version 23H2 with latest updates. I think this is the legacy edition of the Sims 4 for PC, originally purchased the year it was released, on CD at Best Buy. Not sure what other specs here are useful.
