I'm sure it has nothing to do with a Steam sale and that there is a major discount on the game right now...
Personally, If my friends are online...we play 2042... but if I am flying solo.. I have been playing Battlefield V lately.... the overall experience just feels more polished...and the K98 * on all of the sniper rifles in 2042.

@RipGroove99It's around 20% of the playerbase afaik, so imagine other platforms. On consoles, if you turn off crossplay, you won't find a game, and even if you find, half of the enemies are bots.
I have both the PS5 and the PC version.
I have played around 150 hours on Ps5 with crossplay turned off, and I have still only had 1 match that had ANY bots in it (And that was after waking up early and playing at 4am in the morning on a thuesday before going to work)
So thats atleast 149+ hours with no bots in sight with crossplay disabled.

Exactly my point and i took that around 18:00 EST Where most north american plays so these numbers are either Asian market or European market but its most likely asian market because Europe prime time is around 12:00 to 13:00 EST
So America prime time numbers of BF2042 even on steam only are like 4Xtimes higher than BFV .. So i have no idea where these BFV players come from but it aint from North america or south america
