Campain mode Issue [ Edited ]

I am playing the 3rd campaign and trying to destroy the turret.  I can't pick up the dynamite, either inside the turret room or the outside location.  I have tried to see if I missed something and don't seemed to have.  I have reset the xbox and retried several times to restart the game.

Since we have the beta os I can hook up a keyboard and it does work.  I can reload and switch between weapons.  Any thought???

In addition I just restarted the entire mission and have the same exact problem.
