Summarize your bug I started with 24132 Arcanist points. Upon completion, I checked again and I had 24292 points. That is only 160 points. It should have been 600 right?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Tyrant mine, look at the arcanist points before, then after completing the seasonal stronghold
What happens when the bug occurs? The wrong amount of arcanist points are rewarded
What should be happening instead? 600 extra arcanist points should have been added

Had hoped do finish Champion of Tarsis during this event, but apparently that's not gonna happen

It was already stated that the strongholds were not supposed to be giving 600 points. It was fixed, so it is now giving the correct amount, instead of 4x the amount.
