I created my account many years ago, Dec 2013 to be exact. When logging into Fifa 20, I was automatically linked to the same EA account, and I wanted to use the webapp for trading and opening packs. When I went to log into my EA account, I needed to verify my email. Since the email I used is from many years ago, it was deactivated due to inactivity. My EA account doesn't seem to notice this, as it keeps saying it is sending verification emails to a nonexistent email. When I go to change the email I am told that I need to verify it using the SAME email that is nonexistent. I Submitted a Case in https://help.ea.com/ one Week ago, but nobody answer me. Why someone isn’t responding to me? I submitted a New Case with this #61457919 Ticket Number. Please Help me.
