We've received multiple reports of missing Jedi Knight Revan shards after completing different tiers of the event, getting a connection error (Error Code 3.0) and forced client restart.
Initial investigation indicates that the issue affected players active between 08:13 - 08:32 UTC on 31/01/2019, right after the "Legend of the Old Republic Ancient Journey" event became active.
