Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a flower arrangement and scent it with Death Flower. Afterwards, gift the arrangement to a Servo.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Servo ages up to an adult and loses Servo status (though they keep the Servo voice). Immediate effects include sim needs, Servo suddenly aging, loss of Servo interactions, and an ability to edit Servo's appearance through wardrobes and mirrors.
What do you expect to see? Nothing happening to Servos, perhaps them just reacting negatively to it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

After someone asked what would happen if death flower scented flower arrangement would do to Servos, I've decided to test this out.

Here's how the aging bar normally looks like when you activate a Servo:

As you can see, it displays days lived and doesn't show the next life stage icon, also meaning they don't age at all.

After I gave the flower arrangement to a Servo, they not only aged up, but the aging bar changed too, reflecting that they are now aging like a normal sim.

Giving another one did age them up to an elder:

And another one did cause their death (notice their PlumBob no longer having the Servo occult ring):

Now here's another thing!

Not only did they get a normal gravestone, but they had a ghost too (usually when Servos die, they don't leave behind a ghost, but rather get deleted from the game). I was able to add them to the household with cheats and there they are!

Other things I've noticed afterwards:

• All the Servo special interactions are missing. For example, changing Servo's appearance through a self-interaction.
• Servo now has normal human needs. No need for Durability and Power anymore, now need for Hunger, Hygiene, Bladder, and Energy!
• Servos are now able to have babies (at least Science babies).
• Servo facial effects and body effects are now gone, replaced with blank screen and just a body with glowing parts.
• Servos keep their special voice.
• You can edit Servos in CAS. The Servo body outfit is a full-body outfit, so changing one part will reveal the sim behind all that!

I've studied the death flower scent and found out the following details:

• It ages up vampires, but won't kill them.
• Ghosts love this present and won't age up from it.

So, I feel like I have to report this oversight.
