Not getting what I’m paying for

I paid for a 3 month subscription, was billed $43.99 on Feb 5, 2021 but log on and see “I’ve been moved back down to preferred”.

 

okay, I want to play and continue so I’ll get the one month and figure out my 3 month subscription in the meantime. Spend an extra $15.99 + getting the email confirming that and I still don’t have the subscription. 

I don’t care if it “may take a day” I paid for 60 days, not 59.

Somebody. Fix. It.
