@FhootSruit I'd suggest trying this sequence:
- Move your Sim to another lot.
- In Manage Worlds, change that lot setting to Residential and evict the Sims in it
- Exit the game and delete localthumbcache.
- Enter the game and re-edit the lot to be Rental Residential, and allocate the units.
- Purchase the lot and select one to move into.
- Re-list the rental or move households in from Manage Households

Have you backed up your Saves? Checked for broken and updated mods/CC?
