Re: You do not own any residential rentals right now

@FhootSruit I'd suggest trying this sequence:

 

  • Move your Sim to another lot.
  • In Manage Worlds, change that lot setting to Residential and evict the Sims in it
  • Exit the game and delete localthumbcache.
  • Enter the game and re-edit the lot to be Rental Residential, and allocate the units.
  • Purchase the lot and select one to move into.
  • Re-list the rental or move households in from Manage Households
