I had noticed even before installing Home Chef Hustle that if you pour any finely aged nectar, the value of a glass of nectar was significantly less than the value of a bottle of nectar, which would explain why you get so little for it when selling on a food stand.
Here's my sim's finely aged bottle:

Here's the value of one glass after I decanted four glasses (I put it in her inventory and used multi select to show the value). I did do this after installing HCH, but as I said, I had already noticed the value per glass was ridiculously low on aged nectars even before installing HCH, I just never got a screenshot before:

So as you can see it's 48 per glass vs the 1,124 that is 1/4 the bottle's value of 4,494.
The marked up value on the food stand is based on the price per the glass (48 + 48x3 = 192).
