PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request [ Edited ]

Hi folks. 

We've heard the feedback from some players experiencing performance issues on PC, so we'd like to reach out and ask for your direct feedback on this.

• Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you. Alot of stutters and barely able to keep a steady framerate, hovers between 50-65 fps
• Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Highest, but have tried all presets. Looks to be CPU bound
• Resolution Selected: 4K, 1440P, and 1080P all hail the same results

• Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you. Low frame rate running 40fps lows 80fps average. Getting ocasional game slowdown. Losing most sounds except the music. NPC dialogues automatically skip and im hearing all lines at the same time. Only 1 core seem to be used at 30-50% all other cores are around 0-2%

  Sudden FPS drops and stutters, tried lowering down the graphics settings, same issues.
• Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Low to Medium
• Resolution Selected: 1920x1080, also tried lowering it to 720 resolution but issues are still the same.
• Average FPS (If Known): 45 - 55 fps, depends on the area.

Awful. The game runs the same no matter the resolution : I can select 4k, I can select 1440p it doesn't matter : 50-60fps. At this point I should run it in 4k since it is exactly the same. Also, the cinematics and character creation runs between 10 and 25 fps.

Now, a 7900 XTX related issue that MANY people are talking about : artifacts. The reflections in this game are causing horrible artifacts everywhere on the screen and apparently, AMD says it is not a driver error but it is related to the optimisation of the game with RDNA3 gpus. This is a link to a reddit thread highly upvoted. It includes a link to a video recorded by me where you can see the artifacts : link 

• Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Max with low reflections (higher reflections causes more artifacts)
• Resolution Selected: 1440p, but like I said I've tried 4k and it runs exactly the same which is weird

• Game runs horribly, looking very bland and blurry on higher settings, and very washed out on lower settings.
• Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Doesn't matter if Lowest to highest, FPS is around 20 ~ 40, and feels very slow motion sometimes.
• Resolution Selected: 1920 x 1080
• On a side note, when checking Task Manager, CPU seems to be running very high at 60 ~ 80%, while the GPU is at 1 ~ 3% usage.

• Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you. Not enjoyable, i also suffer the Disco Mod Artifacts, the Artifacts are caused by the Reflections.

• Average FPS (If Known): 60-85 But it feels worse because of the stutters etc.

• Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you: I have random stutters and drops under 60fps, seems like it doesn't have much to do with what is happenning in the game itself, meaning that it doesn't necessarily have drops during heavy action while fighting the monster, just running around the map I can experience these drops.
• Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Max, but changing settings does not eliminate stutters.
• Resolution Selected: 3440x1440
• Average FPS (If Known): Around 60fps
